- I have a degree from Kendall College Graduate in the Culinary Arts and one from Mundelein College Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics. I am a homemaker who recently designed a new kitchen. I have a husband who is an attorney, a son who 16 years old and a daughter who is 13 years old. This is my first blog. My son suggested I start a blog so I can let everyone know about my efforts to stretch my "culinary creativity," and learn from my experiences in the kitchen. I think it will help you create more interesting and cost-effective meals.

Nice to meet you. Good luck on your challenge, I should probably try the same thing but I'd be at an advantage 'cause I always have 4 or 5 complete dinners in there already (comes with my job).
You are, however, inspiring me. Maybe I'll do an inventory. I'll visit frequently, do you knit?
